Have you meet this problem. When I install BEST to new client and execute Risk Scan. It shows successfully.
Risk Management is not data. How can I resolve this issue ?

The scenario that you describe where there is no data returned in the Risk Management Dashboard after scanning can have multiple causes, such as: endpoints communication, policy configuration, on which company the scanning is being conducted. Etc.

My endpoint's internet outside is allow, not deny, no matter, gateway firewall or local firewall rules.
