Wordpress Lock-out

I am unable to use my Bitdefender VPN because when I engage the VPN, it locks me out of my WordPress website. Why is this?

WordPress Forum says to contact Bitdefender VPN directly and request to add your website as a safe website to visit as there could be some settings within your account that prevent you from accessing it.

Can you help me, please? Thank you,

Hi @emilyjohn,

Try to use the Split-Tunneling feature in the VPN to route the WordPress website outside the VPN tunnel. And check if any adblockers or anti-trackers are enabled. You can disable them for that website and see if the page can be accessed afterwards. Also, check if this article helps:
