i have a sub from best buy for until 2025 expires but i did and update to my laptop

my Vpn is not showing on its asking me for a pin password to access how can I get that? when my sub for don't expire until 2025? do I have to ask best buy where I bought this laptop and have a sub with? I don't know where to get the access PIN to verify.

    I would advise you to get in touch with Best Buy in this case, as your license is managed by them. I'm not sure exactly was code is being requested, you currently have a Total Security license and I wasn't able to locate a Premium VPN license in your account as well. However, you should still have the included basic version installed and you should be able to access it without a code..
