Monitor turn off reset 15 minutes

this software resets my power settings to turn off my monitor after 15 minutes, no matter what i do.

this is bullshit.

also it involved way too much time of researching to figure out that bitdefender was the problem. if this isn't fixed, i'm canceling my subscription

If the generated logs are larger in size, you can upload the logs to google drive or we.tl (7days link validity for free users) or ask the support team to provide you with the online link & password of bitdefender cloud where you can upload the logs and share the upload link with the support team.

The support team will reply back to your query within next 24-48 hours excluding weekends.

Hello @sohtani1101,

Check the power plan from the PC, maybe there's a setting that puts the monitor to sleep or turns it off after 15 minutes. This behavior should have nothing to do with Bitdefender, most likely it occurs due to windows updates or some third party program..

Agree with the above by Alexandru, I've never heard of Bitdefender ever doing that before.
