How do I get Bitdefender to startup when my computer is turned on.

Bitdefender does not startup when booting from the startup menu.

Hello,
Done. I have replied privately, but I'll share my response here as well:
Starting with the build versions 19.x, 20.x and 21.x bdagent.exe no longer loads automatically from the Run registry key, but it is set to run as a scheduled task.
In Task Scheduler, Bitdefender Agent is now scheduled to start with a delay after boot. Therefore, the system tray icon appears a little bit later.
NOTE: This does not jeopardize the security of the Windows systems.
It only delays the load of some Bitdefender graphics for a better response of Windows 10. The anti-malware engines are loaded automatically at boot from vsserv.exe. This is the main process of Bitdefender in charge of real-time protection.
Even though the interface is not loaded yet, Bitdefender still provides real-time protection against malware even before your Windows account loads completely.
I hope this answers your question.
Best regards,
Alex

@creek if you are getting these alerts in a browser out of the blue, they are fake virus alerts. Of course, Bitdefender will detect a real Trojan, but that's not what's happening there. Most likely there is no infection, but something called 'adware'. These are known to display McAfee, Norton and other known vendors, claiming that your PC is infected. They deliberately create a sense of urgency that maximizes the chances for the user to interact with the notification. The pop-ups in this situation do not have anything malicious attached to them, but when you click on them, they will redirect to malicious sites that try to collect your data or install abusive or dangerous software. This is actually when the antivirus steps in and blocks access to such pages.
However, Bitdefender cannot take any direct measures related to this type of notifications, such as adware that you agreed on or something you enabled, like site setting, site notification, redirects in your browser or installed toolbars, extensions or applications. So, it cannot block the actual pop-up, but it will block any threats thay may hide behind it. A browser reset and removing unwanted extensions from it should be enough as these notifications and fake pop-ups are browser related. Here's more info about adware and how to deal with it:
I hope this helps.
