After 24hours through RMM, BitDefender install pending


Hello everyone!

I have a question about installing BitDefender on macOS Catalina version 10.15.7, through RMM.

Me and my co-workers have done a lot installations on macOS especially in Catalina version. We install the agent on macOS and from RMM we give special Policy to begin the installation of BitDefender. The installation runs automatically.

In macOS endpoint that we trying to install, we have given full access on Disk and Accessibility. The thing is that BitDefender is still on pending install from yesterday.

Just to catch up someone, the disk has a lot of free size.

Is there something that i'm missing?
