How do I restore the popup for VPN service

I've somehow removed or disabled this helpful popup reminding me to start VPN. Can anyone help with restoring it please?

    Hi @Roger sawyer

    Are you talking about these pop-up reminders? If so, open the VPN app, on the left-hand side click on the gear icon for Setting then Notifications, and choose the one that you're looking for. I do appreciate the setting reminding me to start the VPN when using a public or unsecured Wi-Fi network. You can also enable any Autoconnect settings as per your preferences.
