how do I contact a real person to address my problems with installing a recently purchased product? Written messages do not work for me as I do not understand them most of the time.

    You can try contacting Support from the link below. Tick on the Activate and Install box, and go through the prompts until you reach the black Contact Support box. You will have three options, Chat, email and phone support, which is not toll-free. Try Chat, and see what they have to say. I'm not sure they do remote installs without there being more of an issue, but it wouldn't hurt to ask.
