Here are a few ways for google chrome browser.
1) Check your Google account. If you're signed in to Chrome, your bookmarks are synced to your Google account. You can check your Google account to see if your bookmarks are still there. To do this, go to https://myaccount.google.com/ and sign in. Then, click on "Personal Info & Privacy" and then "Sync & personalization." Under "Synced data," you should see a list of your synced data, including your bookmarks. If your bookmarks are there, you can restore them by clicking on the "Restore" button.
2) Restore from a backup. If you've ever backed up your Chrome bookmarks, you can restore them from the backup. To do this, open Chrome and click on the three dots in the top right corner. Then, select "Bookmarks" and then "Import bookmarks." In the window that opens, select the "Restore from a file" option and then select the backup file.
3) Use a file recovery tool. If you don't have a backup of your Chrome bookmarks, you can try using a file recovery tool to recover them. There are many file recovery tools available, such as Recuva and Stellar Data Recovery. These tools can scan your hard drive for deleted files and recover them. However, it's important to note that file recovery tools are not always successful, so there's no guarantee that you'll be able to recover your bookmarks.
Here are few ways for firefox web browser.
1) Check your Firefox profile folder. Firefox stores your bookmarks in a profile folder. If you haven't deleted the profile folder, you can try to restore your bookmarks from there. To do this, open File Explorer and navigate to the following folder:
%APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\
The folder name will be a long alphanumeric string. Once you've found the profile folder, open it and look for a file called bookmarks.json. This file contains all of your bookmarks. If you find the file, you can restore your bookmarks by copying the file to another location and then importing it into Firefox.
2) Restore from a backup. If you've ever backed up your Firefox bookmarks, you can restore them from the backup. To do this, open Firefox and click on the three horizontal lines in the top right corner. Then, select Bookmarks and then Import and Backup. In the window that opens, select the Restore tab and then select the backup file.
3) Use a file recovery tool. If you don't have a backup of your Firefox bookmarks, you can try using a file recovery tool to recover them. There are many file recovery tools available, such as Recuva and Stellar Data Recovery. These tools can scan your hard drive for deleted files and recover them. However, it's important to note that file recovery tools are not always successful, so there's no guarantee that you'll be able to recover your bookmarks.
If none of the above method helps, then your bookmarks are probably deleted and you will have to start from the beginning again.
