Cannot access home network
I attempted to connect to a client's 'Guest' network in order to access the internet. My laptop (a PC running W10) flashed a warning about a port scan and then moments later informed (not asked) me that it would reboot in 5 minutes. After rebooting, the wireless was disabled. I managed to find the reason (the service had been switched off) which I understand is something Bitdefender does.
However, after re-enabling the wifi I could still not access the client's system. Their IT department could not resolve it either. Once back home I discovered that I could access the internet but could not ping anything on the home network; I cannot print nor can I log into my router. I have disabled the firewall and everything I could on Bitdefender, but still no access.
Any help would be appreciated.
