I have the subscription of 10 devices of bitdefender premium vpn since 2023.But suddenly from today i have seen a bug that is forcing to not use the vpn even after removing all the devices from the device allocation through the bitdefender central.This is very very bad experience as a customer.Kindly resolve it as soon as possible.

    Here are some things you can try:

    1) Make sure that you have removed all of the devices from your Bitdefender Central account (https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2795/)

    2) Restart your devices. This can sometimes fix software glitches that are causing the VPN to not work.

    3) Uninstall and reinstall Bitdefender Premium VPN on your devices. This will also reset the software and may fix the issue.


    If issue persists, kindly contact the bitdefender support by visiting https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/ and scroll down to the bottom of the webpage where you can get in touch with support representative either by email, chat or over a call.

    Alternatively, you can also share your query with bitdefender support team by dropping them an email at bitsy@bitdefender.com

    The support team will reply back to your query within next 24-48 hours excluding weekends.
