PC Game (World of Tanks) can only be startted after running repair mode

Hi, I recently installed Bitdefender Total security on my PC. The game "World of Tanks" however gives me problems since then. Every time I want to play I need to run the repair mode before game starts. There are no notices that Bitdefender blocked anything. I have added the game to the exceptions and I have even uninstalled and newly installed the game. Nothing seems to help. Any ideas for a fix? Tnaks in advance.
