Remove bitdefender from a device
I'm trying to remove bitdefender from one of my laptops, but the problem is that that laptop is broken and won't start. The screen cracked and now you can't see anything. How do I go about removing one of my licenses and transfering it to my new laptop. When I try to remove it, it tells me that I have to uninstall it from the laptop first. How can I do that if I can't get into the laptop anymore.

Well, you can give it a go.
Go to bitdefender central and remove your device from there. Maybe this can help.

Go through the Purchase and Manage Subscriptions prompts/My Bitdefender Central Account/ then tick the black Contact Support box. You will have three options, Chat, email and phone support, which is not toll-free. Chat can be the quickest way to get things started.
