The Scan Storage switch does not stay enabled when I leave settings. How do I set it to stay enabled?

    Hello,

    It's difficult to tell without knowing the specifics. I'm an iOS user, so I'm not in the best position to give advice here. But I'll ask to see if anyone else encountered this behavior and what could be causing it.

    What device are you using and what OS? What is the Mobile Security version displayed in the app? This would be a good place to start.

    Thanks. I was able to find the problem. There was another switch I needed to set to keep the Scan Storage on.
