Disabling Bitdefender For Updating Of Other Software

All of my software updates, perfectly, but one. The developer of this problem software claims that Bitdefender is preventing their updates. I have disabled every switchable option, in Bitdefender, that I can find, but the mentioned software still does not update.

My suspicion is that this developer simply cannot figure out how to update their product, but I would like to ask the community to provide any ideas about the full disabling of Bitdefender before I go back to them.

The software is OE Classic Pro, but I don't know how to explain the issue any better.

The error that occurs, when trying to update it, is:

"Error opening file for writing:

C:\Program Files (x86)\OEClassic\OEClassic.exe"

4) Re-enable real time protection in Bitdefender.
