One device at risk

Hello . I have a Motorola hyper one phone and 11android version I keep getting this message one device at risk, then when I fix it click then I have. To do it again and again bitedefender says I'm safe but keep getting this warning one device at risk . Please help

1) Uninstall bms from your device.

2) Remove devices from online bitdefender central: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2795/

3) Reinstall bms on your device.

4) Login with your central details on your installed bms app.

5) Grant all accessibility features that app asks for & run a full device scan.

If issue persists, kindly contact the bitdefender support by visiting https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/ and on the basis of your product selected and type of issue you are facing you can get in touch with support representative either by email, chat or over a call.

If you choose email, you will get a ticket number on your registered email.

The support team will reply back to the same email within next 24-48 hours excluding weekends.
