Bitdefender disable my Safely Remove Baloon Notification

Hello, like the title i have problem with my Safely remove notification Baloon is missing when i safely remove my USB, i looking so many solution but i cant fix it, and then i try Disable my Bitdefender Protection and try plug in USB then try safely remove it, then the notification show up, but when i enable or turn on my Bitdefender protection, the notification is missing again, there's any solution for this problem right now ?
