Can I purchase a new special price/offer bitdefender package to add to existing subscription?

I've seen in the discussion forums that you can add more subscriptions to an existing subscription account. I'm to assume that it is to save money to purchase a special offer package to renew instead of having to pay for the pricier renewal subscription.

Remember: This applies only if you buy subscription of the same type you already have, for example: if you have Total Security subscription, then you must buy Total Security subscription to extend the previous Total Security subscription period.

Also, the maxiumum subscription period is 3 (three) years and your subscription automatically begins at the purchase date, NOT the activation date.
