Total protection uninstalled but still working

Hello,

I removed an older device from Central and then tried to remove Total Protection from that device. Did not work, also not with the various uninstallation tools. My first purchase was in 2017, so used all uninstallation tools till 2017. After each try I got the message that SOME parts could not be removed (please contact support).

Now... to my surprise, Bitdefender is still there and it actually seems to be still running ok.

Anyone a suggestion how this is possible? And the obvious question, how to remove the whole thing?
