BBC sounds does not work with VPN

I get continuous buffering of BBC sounds when using VPN 26.0.2.1. through my local connection.

If I disconnect the VPN BBC sounds works as it should.

I see this was a problem in 2022 and its still is not fixed.

Have you tried using different servers.

If issue persists, kindly contact the bitdefender support by visiting https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/ and on the basis of your product selected and type of issue you are facing you can get in touch with support representative either by email, chat or over a call.

If you choose email, you will get a ticket number on your registered email.

The support team will reply back to the same email within next 24-48 hours excluding weekends.

If the behavior manifested itself back in 2022, this doesn't necessary mean it was a general problem encountered by all users with no resolution since. There are chances the issue was isolated back then as it may be the case today. There are rare cases where an issue can resurface following other system updates or changes that may take place in time, and the website or app that you are trying to access plays an important role.
