Is it possible to get bitdefender total security running on a computer completely offline?

I just purchased the total security package and downloaded it on my laptop. The other day I was on my desktop and the screen started flickering and then I saw some strange "play, pause, record" application in the middle of the screen so I shut it down and haven't turned it on since. I was going to install and run a scan before I reconnect it to the internet but can't seem to see how. I saw other posts where I downloaded an offline installer but then it wants me to install something else that needs a download so I am unsure if I can do the whole process completely offline?

If you choose email, you will receive a ticket number in your registered email. Please generate and attach the following logs to the ticket number you received on your registered email:

If the generated logs are large, you can upload them to Google Drive or WeTransfer (with a 7-day link validity for free users). Alternatively, you can ask the support team to provide you with the online link and password for Bitdefender Cloud, where you can upload the logs and share the upload link with the support team.

The support team will reply to the same email within the next 24-48 hours, excluding weekends.

Thanks for the comment Flexx! I think I was confusing in my initial post as I gave useless info lol. My desktop never had bitdefender on it and that is the computer I am trying to fix. I purchased and downloaded the software on my other computer and I'm wanting to install it on the desktop while it remains offline. Thanks in advance for any help!

The offline installer is available only for Bitdefender Total Security and can be downloaded from the links below:

32 bit: https://download.bitdefender.com/windows/desktop/connect/cl/2022/all/bitdefender_ts_26_32b.exe

64 bit: https://download.bitdefender.com/windows/desktop/connect/cl/2022/all/bitdefender_ts_26_64b.exe

After installing the product, you will need an internet connection to activate your software, upgrade to the latest version of the software, and update the malware database.
