Merge subscriptions

I have an existing 5 devices 1-year subscription due to expire in November 2023. The subscription is on my email account.

I bought a 10devices 1-year license to cover more devices and extend existing devices, but mistaken activated it on my email account.

Please is it possible to merge the two subscriptions into my or do I have to just close subscription and change device email to

    ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices, your payments/purchases and/or your subscription(s).

    @Gjoksi is right, the only way to merge the subscriptions would be to contact the Support teams.

    My recommendation would be to keep the new Total Security license running on the gmail address, since you have already activated the product there and simply request for the remaining validity on the other Central account to be added on top. Then, ask for the yahoo email address to be deleted, since you won't be using that account anymore. Make sure to switch accounts afterwards, using the in-product dedicated feature.

    Of course, it's entirely your decision which Central account you wish to keep. 🙂
