Defaulted to 14 day trial on android
Hi there,
Just purchased a subscription to Bitdefender antivirus plus. When adding a device via QR code, the android device has defaulted to a 14 day trial - i.e. hasn't picked up that I have an active subscription.
Tried adding the activation code I was given but it doesn't recognise that either.
It's showing as a completely separate line on Bitdefender Central, and asking me to pay.
My paid subscription shows as only active on 1 out of 3 devices.
Bit annoying, any suggestions?
