I have standard VPN. The allotted 200 MB appears to already be used when I just started it for that session and have not used it at all within 24 hours. I don't have it selected to activate at start-up of Windows. How can this be fixed?
Kindly check if below stated steps help you:
1) Uninstall Bitdefender VPN.
2) Remove Bitdefender from Bitdefender online central account, if it is showing there: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2795/
3) Reinstall Bitdefender VPN
4) After installing Bitdefender VPN, login with your Bitdefender online central login details.
If issue persists, kindly contact the bitdefender support by visiting https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/ and on the basis of your product selected and type of issue you are facing you can get in touch with support representative either by email, chat or over a call.
If you choose email, you will get a ticket number on your registered email.
The support team will reply back to the same email within next 24-48 hours excluding weekends.
