UI option for bitdefender labs

UI needs integrated option to send false positives/suspected file to labs from product rather than on a website page.

Easier and more safe option

PS:App needs a support tab on side for contact numbers,chat and what said above etc.

@Alexandru_BD, @Mike_BD I agree on this feature, ESET antimalware has this feature from wherein you can also send samples to maware research team through inbuilt feature in the program.

Something like should also be available in Bitdefender.

Just to add here, even Avast (@Nunzio77's Top-Notch Antimalware Program) has an option to send files from Quarantine to Avast Threat Labs, via the program's GUI.

@Flexx back in June we developed an integration to automatically forward the content posted in the ideation category to our product development teams using a dedicated app. I remember I've announced this in our forum chat at that time. This means that whenever a discussion is posted here, all suggestions will be transmitted through an API (Application Programming Interface), a software that sends information between a website or app and a user. Having this integration in place will improve the collaborative process where members of the community come together to generate and share ideas for new products or improvements to existing ones and it sends the member's feedback in a faster and unaltered form, along with their reactions and valuable comments for each individual idea. This way we can better measure the interest and impact of all feature requests posted on our forum.
