I need to completely stop Bitdefender Total Security running on a Windows 11 PC. How?

I've run into some snag with my Windows 11 laptop and to get around it attempted to restore to the Restore point (checkpoint) I created a few days ago. But the Restore is failing with a message saying it could be due to antivirus software running, so to stop it and try again. I've tried killing the multitude of Bitdefender tasks in Task Manager but of course they restart quicker than I can kill them. Can anyone please tell me the right way to go about it? Other competitors' packages have a way to stop them from the dashboard, but I can't see anything similar on Bitdefender.

Whenever I want to restore a Restore Point, I always boot into Safe Mode. That knocks out most programs, including BD, that might interfere with the successful restore. See *** this link *** for more details.
