Haven't received Activation code.

Hi.


I have automatically renewed my subscription but has not received any activation code.


The support pages just point me around a lot of self help articles, but that isn't very helpful. None of the articles solves my issue and I really need to connect with a human being instead of these Q&A pages.


Does anyone know how to contact the real support function at Bitdefender?

    ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices, your payments/purchases and/or your subscription(s).

    So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:

    Chat is the fastest way to get in touch with Bitdefender Consumer Support.

    Select: Purchase & Manage Subscription -> Auto-Renewal -> select your product, for example: Bitdefender Total Security, click on Contact Support in the black box and then click on Chat 24/7.

    NOTE: Bitdefender telephone support is not toll-free!

    Also, @Alexandru_BD and @Mike_BD (they both work for Bitdefender) can take a look here and help you with the issue. You can PM them.

    Hello,

    Yes, we discussed the inquiry privately, @Kaptajnen will have to contact the Support teams since they no longer have access to their Central account to update the email address.

    For the record, whenever a subscription is renewed automatically, a new activation code is no longer generated, as the validity is extended automatically according to the billed period.
