Refund (Emergency)
Hello I was just charged about 50 minutes ago for an auto subscription that I was unaware of. I would like to continue business with bitdefender but would like to re subscribe next month and not at this moment. The funds taken were ones that I needed for rent this week and the charge is still pending in my bank and if cancelled before it goes through I should receive held funds in time. I submitted a request ticket #1008838358. I have also emailed the email provided for refund support. Any help would be appreciated!

@Alexandru_BD AKA The-Middle-Man and @Mike_BD can locate your ticket and help you with the ticket's status, as they both work for Bitdefender. You can also PM them.
But, they are on a vacation and will be back in the office on Monday December 4th, so please be patient for a reply from them.
As for the subscription auto-renewal process, you can stop the auto-renewal for the Bitdefender subscription, by following these steps:
Just follow the steps as described in Method 1, because some users in the past reported that the steps from Method 2 didn't stop the auto-renewal.
Also, from my personal experience, Method 1 did/does the job.
Finally, you can stop the auto-renewal for the Bitdefender subscription by contacting Customer Support at:
