VPN disconnects

I am using the Bitdefender VPN with Windows 11. The VPN constantly disconnects itself overnight. I have checked all the settings and it is setup to start with Windows but every morning it is disconnected and I have to manually reconnect. Any idea whats going on?

    Try the following:

    Set the network adapter to never sleep:

    • Run the Device Manager
    • Open the section Network adapters
    • Right-click the adapter and select Properties
    • In the Power Management section, uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
    • Click OK

    Set the computer to never sleep:

    • Run Power Option
    • Click Change plan settings
    • In the Plugged in section, set "Turn off the display" to your preference and "Put the computer to sleep" to Never

    This will turn off the display to conserve power and monitor lifetime, but keep the computer on.
