Unistalling bitdefender on unused Device from Enterprise Gravityzone central.

Hello there. That's the point of the question.

Im managing remotely bitdefender installations on Pcs from gravityzone central of different society

I need to unistall bitdefender from a pc that's broken and cant turn in on;Gravitycentral say that the policy is expired ,the modules are active but i cannot take action on this pc.

How can i unistall bitdefender from this pc?

i'm paying for the license even though it's expired ?

Tips:, i've already tried to unistall bitdefender, change the policy, or unistalling modules but the tasks are failing.i dont know how take it on.
