Retrieving Removed Email by Bitdefender

Bitdefender had recently removed my emails (Microsoft Outlook) without first asking me. I couldn't find the emails anywhere (including junk folder) and I'm very sure the emails are not spam. I would like to know how can I retrieve those emails removed by Bitdefender. Thank you.

    There are a few possibilities for what might have happened and how you might be able to recover them:

    1. Check the Quarantine: This is the most likely scenario. Bitdefender might have flagged your emails as suspicious and moved them to quarantine instead of deleting them outright. Open Bitdefender and navigate to the Quarantine section. Check if your missing emails are listed there. If so, you can easily restore them to your inbox.

    2. Search Deleted Items: It's possible that Bitdefender marked your emails as spam and moved them to your Deleted Items folder in Microsoft Outlook. Check this folder and see if you find the emails you're looking for. If they're there, you can simply move them back to your inbox.

    3. Contact Bitdefender Support: If you can't find your emails in either the Quarantine or Deleted Items folder, your best bet is to contact Bitdefender support by visiting visiting https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/

    Based on your selected product and the type of issue you're facing, you can get in touch with a support representative through email, chat, or a phone call.

    If you choose email, you will receive a ticket number on your registered email. The support team will reply within the next 24-48 hours, excluding weekends.
