    There are a few questions to ask here. I'll write them in English, since I don't speak Spanish.

    First, does the VPN fail to connect or disconnects itself on multiple servers, or does this happen for a particular server only?

    Does it happen when using WI-Fi or LAN or both? Have you tried multiple networks?

    Does the VPN return an error message when this happens?

    On what operating system are you encountering this and what VPN version do you have?
