Running BD processes on W11

I was experiencing some strange symptoms on my machine and uninstalled a lot of programs in the process of diagnosis - In the end, it turned out to be a malfunctioning external mouse sending spurious clicks. One of the things I noted whilst tearing my hair out was the number of BD processes running and therefore I uninstalled BD as part of the process. I re-installed from BD Central and I still seem to have a lot of processes - Screenshot below after 24 hours - Is this considered normal for BD ??
