Bitdefender VPN blocks access to Qnap NAS in Windows 11

After rebooting my Windows 11 Computer QNAP Qfinder Pro tells me that it cannot find my QNAP nas. In order to access the Qnap Nas I must disconnect the Bitdefender VPN then Qfinder Pro can access the NAS. Once I am done wth my NAS work I reestablish the VPN connection on the computer. How do I access the NAS with Bitdefender VPN up? I've tried split tunnelling but that works on websites anot ipaddresses throughout my home network. The NAS is not configured for outside communication it only used in my home network.

Try using the Split Tunneling feature in Bitdefender VPN. Take a look at the links stated below

Hello @LennyBoy,

If the NAS is in the local network, it will not be seen with an active VPN.

You can try a split tunnel on the NAS IP and see if this solves the issue.

I tried using the ip address but the VPN tunneling did not accept it. Is there a particular syntax for the ip address?

Problem Solved. I inserted the qfinder pro executable into split tunneling and it worked. Thanks to everyone for your help.
