Problem accessing gravity console with two factor authentication
Good morning, I am having issues accessing the console https://gravityzone.bitdefender.com/. I have always logged in without problems, but now I am no longer able to access. Once I enter the username and password, I reach the two-factor authentication, and it always fails. Could you please guide me on how I can resolve this?

You can select "How TOs" or "Product Issues" for this specific question but just so you know cases are routed internally to the right team regardless of the option selected.
