As @Flexx wrote, there are multiple ways to share your feedback about Bitdefender. If you've previously opened a ticket with the Support teams, once the inquiry is resolved, you will also receive a detailed survey that only takes 2 minutes to complete. Othewise, Trustpilot is one of the most widely used methods of posting a review.

I purchased Bitdefender Total Security through Amazon and installed it on 28.06.2024 . It stalled my Windows 11 PC which took ages to recover. I then uninstalled BTS and removed the files. I reinstalled BTS again today 30.06.2024 in the hope that it was an installation glitch but the same thing happened. I have used Bitdefender in the past without any bother and was pleased with it but it was too expensive to re subscribe at that time. Any idea what happened here? Is my problem with Amazon?

I know I'm posting late here, but maybe this helps, in the event the issue persists. First, make sure your Windows device meets the system requirements to install Bitdefender. Here's everything you need to know before installing Bitdefender on your device:

Now, what do you mean by 'stalled' exactly? Did the device simply stopped working as expected, or did it crash, were there any previous signs of degraded performance?
