VPN won't connect if I changes sites unless I reboot

I move my laptop between my home and office. Both have Sonicwall routers. If I restart my laptop at home, VPN works fine, but if I put the laptop to sleep and move to my office, VPN won't start unless I reboot. Same thing the other way -- If I have rebooted laptop in office, put it to sleep and taken it home, VPN wont start. No error code, connection just fails and the icon does not change.

Appreciate suggestions.

Check if reinstalling the VPN helps. If this doesn't make a difference, try the steps from this article:
