How can I make the bitdefender firewall open for connection to at printer on another net?

We have an office net with at common printer TCP/IP 10.10.10.55

We also have a wifi router that provides DHCP in the range 198.89.xx.xx

a Windows PC with Bitdefender small Office on the WIFI net, cannot access the printer on 10.10.10.55 if Bitdefender firewall is on.

how can I make a hole in the firewall for our printer?
