    iOS limitations: Apple's iOS operating system currently restricts the use of multiple VPN profiles simultaneously due to limitations in its network configuration. The system can only allow one VPN tunnel to be active at a time.

    Bitdefender Web Protection uses a VPN: Bitdefender's Web Protection feature on iOS relies on a VPN profile to scan your internet traffic for malicious content in real-time and block it if necessary. This essentially creates a secure tunnel for your browsing data.

    Conflict arises: When you activate Web Protection, it attempts to establish its own VPN profile. Since another VPN (likely Bitdefender's own VPN or another app's VPN) might already be active, iOS automatically disables the existing one to make way for the Web Protection's VPN profile. This results in the VPN connection dropping.
