Installing Bitdefender on another device without being charged

I have tried many times to install Bitdefender on another device (mobile phone) using my existing subscription that is on my laptop.

I follow the link as instructed but I am always asked for paymnet of £24.99.

I understood 2 more devices would be included in my original payment.

This is putting me off renewing my subscription.

If anyone can advise I would be very grateful. Thanks

    ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices, your payments/purchases and/or your subscription(s).

    So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:

    Chat is the fastest way to get in touch with Bitdefender Consumer Support.

    Select: Purchase & Manage Subscription -> My Bitdefender Central Account, click on Contact Support in the black box and then click on Chat 24/7.

    NOTE: Bitdefender telephone support is not toll-free!

    You are asked to purchase a new subscription when trying to protect a mobile device because your Bitdefender Internet Security solution can only protect Windows devices, regardless of its number of available slots. Since your license expires in a few days, I would recommed to purchase Total Security instead, as this suite provides complete protection for Windows, macOS, Android and iOS under the same roof:

    The automatic renewal feature is disabled for Internet Security, so you don't have to worry about that, you can simply renew by placing a new order for Total Security (which is currently available with a 29% discount on the Bitdefender website). Following the purchase you will receive a new activation code, simply activate it in Central and then install protection on your devices.
