Why does my activation code does not work?

I recently reinstalled windows 11 on my laptop. Since then I'm not able to activate the subscription with the activation code. Kindly help.

Based on your selected product and the type of issue you're facing, you can get in touch with a support representative through email, chat, or a phone call.
If you choose email, you will receive a ticket number on your registered email. The support team will reply within the next 24-48 hours, excluding weekends.
You can also pm @Alexandru_BD who is the administrator of this forum and employee of bitdefender who can check if your activation code has already been use or not.

As I have noticed that you haven't activated your subscription yet and you are running a trial on your account, can you tell us what is the error message displayed when trying to activate?
