What does a 'blue line' across an email mean?

I get a 'blue line' from left to right across certain emails, when I click on it it disappears. This line appears mostly on bank emails or purchase emails. When I get the email Bitdefender notifies me in a small window 'Suspicious Activity', that the email is not directed where it should be. I know at one point my passwords were compromised & my emails were affected. I am doing everything within my capability to find out how/who is doing this.

Can you share the screenshot for the same? I have promoted you to level 2 so that you can attach an image.

Sorry for delay, nothing has changed, message I get from BD is the suspicious activity is because there is some kind of disconnect between the email I am receiving & where it is being directed, i.e., not a confirmed address? My belief is the hacker is receiving my email (at least a copy) and reading it. BD is warning me that something is not kosher with what is going on. My bigger problem is my email is compromised and I am going to have to change passwords on all my 'provider's' (SPECTRUM CO.) accounts. I intend to do that but it is not as easy as it sounds!

@site can you try to post a screenshot now? I'm having difficulties understanding what's going on there..
You should now be able to post an image on this thread, but make sure to blur any personal information that might be displayed in it, and do not share your email address publicly, please.
Thanks
