Does Anyone know how to fix this?

I did not know where to put this but I turned on the Anti Tracking from the VPN and then my text did this on sites like Google, my best guess is that it is showing me the placeholder value that is used before the real HTML tells it the actual data but I do not know for sure. Anyways I reset chrome, turned off the Tracker, Cleared my Cache completely, and reset my computer. If you have any ideas would be appreciated.

Kindly check if below stated steps helps

1) Open the Run command and execute the following commands one by one:

temp – delete all the files in the folder.

%temp% – delete all the files in the folder.

prefetch – delete all the files in the folder.

2) Restart your PC in normal mode by unselecting the option to run the system in Safe Mode, then click 'Apply.'
