Issues with BitDefender Gravity Zone - Email Security Web Console showing Braille

We have a few people in our org that need admin access to Email Security Web Console,

Everyone except for myself when running reports or in certain areas of the Email Security Admin Console are showing the text back in Braille and not a standard readable language / font

Has anyone else run into this issue ?
