Confused about trial
Hi folks. I have had BD total security on my PC for several years and have three mobile phones and a tablet added. My last annual renewal was a couple of months ago. One of my phones has just alerted me that I only have two days left of my trial?!
Not sure why that is as I presumed it was covered under my main account as per my other devices. Any suggestions/solutions would be appreciated. Many thanks - Pete

ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices, your payments/purchases and/or your subscription(s).
So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:

Select: Purchase & Manage Subscription -> My Bitdefender Central Account, click on Contact Support in the black box and then click on Chat 24/7.
