Its asking me as above. I don't know how is it possible to change the name of the app. As it is already there in the system. Plz help...

It appears that your Bitdefender installation may be corrupted. I would advise doing a repair installation. If that is successful, you should be able to uninstall it then normally.
If that doesn't work, try the Bitdefender Uninstall Tool.

If you choose email support, you will receive a ticket number in your registered email. Kindly generate and attach the following logs to the ticket:

If the generated logs are larger than 25 MB, which is the attachment limit for most email vendors, you can upload the logs to https://upload.bitdefender.net/ and share the link with the support team.
