Where can I view the specific progress of the ticket processing?

I have opened a case to the Enterprise Support team under case ID 00848203 last week for my issue. But till now , I have not received any reply email from them.Where can I view the specific progress of the ticket processing?

    You should have received the answer sent by our Commercial Support Engineer yesterday (18.03):

    To further assist you with this request, please provide us with the license key you are looking to split.
    Also, please let us know if you already tried to reach out to your partner or to your account manager in Bitdefender regarding this issue.
    

    Please provide this information on the support case by replying to the email that you received.

    Alternatively, you can create an account in our CustomerZone Portal ( https://customerzone.bitdefender.com/) and once the organization is approved you will be able to see all tickets created.
