Why my emails disappear when I use system scan?

hello every one

evert time I use system scan my emails disappear for my outlook 2016 and I have to export them again , is there any way to avoid my outlook to be scanned please

    It's possible that Bitdefender detects an email threat, and since it can't remove it, the Outlook .pst file is removed.
