Hallo zusammen,

sofern ich in der Gravityzone Console angemeldet bin und dort ein Paket Lizenzen (Anzahl X) verwalte und folgend ein 2. Paket mit Anzahl X einkaufe und unter dem gleichen Account, sprich der gleichen E-Mail verwalten möchte, habe ich den Fall, das dort jeweils die Paket/Produkt gegeneinander getauscht werden. Der Key/Lizenzschlüssel wird jeweils gewechselt.

Kann ich unter einem Account, nicht mehrere Produkte bzw. Lizenzpakete verwalten?

    Hello FlM28,

    First, I am sorry for answering in English but I do not speak German.

    You cannot have 2 license keys active with different number of seats for the same product under the same account but these keys can be merged so you will have one that includes the total number of seats.
    If you have bought them from our website please request a license merge by opening a support ticket with us from https://www.bitdefender.com/support/contact-us.html?last_page=BusinessCategory and select the category "Subscription Modification"
    If you bought them from a partner, please reach out to him and he should be able to assist you with the license merger.
