    1. is this a fresh install of Bitdefender?
    2. was Bitdefender previously installed on that device?
    3. do you encouter any error message when trying to install?
    4. are there any other security solutions installed on the device where you wish to install Bitdefender?
    5. are you using a standard account or an admin account when trying to install?
    6. does the installation window disappear without error?
